Principal Product Designer – Rentals Enterprise Experience

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design vision for enterprise dashboards and analytics tools, establishing a new standard for clarity and trust in partner decision-making

• Influence and integrate AI-driven experiences that convert data into actionable insights and results, making AI a fundamental design element alongside usability and accessibility

• Expand and regulate the enterprise design system to ensure uniformity, scalability, and accessibility throughout Rentals tools

• Simplify partner workflows by translating complexity into clear data visualization and system frameworks

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams to synchronize on strategy, implementation, and innovation

• Lead as a design expert, elevating the quality standard and inspiring excellence within the Rentals Enterprise Design team

• Generate design solutions that directly impact partner adoption, retention, and business expansion

• Work across disciplines to tackle significant challenges in how property managers and operators engage renters, optimize leasing, and achieve occupancy objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional product design experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise, B2B, or complex system design

• Proficiency in creating dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualizations that steer decision-making and prompt action

• Demonstrated capacity to independently initiate and manage intricate, cross-functional initiatives—setting direction, establishing frameworks, and delivering measurable results

• Strong end-to-end design capabilities: from initial exploration and research to prototyping, testing, and launching top-notch experiences

• Experience with large-scale design systems, including developing or overseeing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks

• Ability to think systematically, modeling intricate workflows, dependencies, and integrations across products

• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with a background of working alongside Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams

• Curiosity and willingness to explore AI-driven workflows and emerging design methodologies

• Capability to mentor and motivate fellow designers through design leadership, even without direct managerial duties
