• Take charge of designing, prototyping, and assessing the overall usability and adoptability of Northbeam’s products.
• Develop storyboards, lead participatory design sessions, and unite our executive team around a design vision for our products and features.
• Engage with clients directly to grasp their requirements and collaborate with a diverse team to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and refine each project.
• Responsible for end-to-end experience design on our product (e.g., navigation structure, UX paradigms) as well as feature design from concept to implementation (e.g., page layouts, interaction design, IA, visuals, etc.).
• Establish a strong UX/UI vision for the Northbeam platform, advocating for superior design and understanding its influence on development.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate how the Northbeam product should operate.
• Continuously deliver and improve products that enable Northbeam’s customers to excel in their roles, aiding marketers in extracting actionable insights from Northbeam’s extensive data.
• Guide other designers and establish and nurture collaborations with brand and marketing teams.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field with a background in giving and receiving design feedback.
• Professional portfolio showcasing strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in managing complex, data-intensive interfaces.
• Proficiency in industry design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong vision. Ability to lead from concept to execution, translating large-scale issues into intuitive and sleek user experiences.
• Extensive UX experience in a B2B setting with corporate clients.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver UX and UI prototypes for validation and implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex concepts, data models, and workflows into clear, user-friendly designs and presentations.
• Track record of delivering UX and UI prototypes iteratively—validating assumptions, refining based on feedback, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Experience in designing enterprise-level products, balancing business objectives with customer requirements.
• Familiarity with game design, storyboarding, participatory design, motion/entertainment-related design, or similar approaches to steer end-to-end vision.
