📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process for Pendulum's web app and other customer interactions

• Lead research projects, such as conducting user interviews and usability tests

• Create intricate data visualization structures

• Establish and manage a unified design system

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in agile development cycles

• Define interaction models for advanced functionalities

• Conduct design evaluations and present research discoveries

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product/UX design

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in SaaS or data-rich products

• High proficiency in design principles

• Previous experience in maintaining design systems

• Skilled in conducting user interviews and usability tests

• Ability to distill insights from research into actionable strategies

• Fluent in collaborating across various teams including engineers and PMs
