Principal/Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing core product areas, overseeing the entire experience from initial vision to continuous improvement

• Promote prototyping as a fundamental practice within Product Design

• Translate customer insights into sleek, user-friendly solutions that strike a balance between user needs and business objectives

• Establish a benchmark for design excellence in processes, craftsmanship, and storytelling

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to tackle intricate problems on a large scale

• Guide and motivate designers while shaping the design culture

• Quickly prototype, test, and refine ideas while maintaining a balance between speed and meticulous execution

• Ensure the design system and patterns adapt to the evolving product ecosystem

• Minimum of 10 years experience in product design, with a focus on leading end-to-end consumer mobile products

• Demonstrated track record of enhancing design quality and influencing product strategy

• Portfolio showcasing strategic problem-solving and craftsmanship

• Extensive background in user research, prototyping, and iteration

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools, capable of working efficiently and delivering polished results

• Effective communicator with the ability to sway stakeholders and unite teams

• Experience collaborating with engineers to utilize technology and create innovative, high-quality interfaces
