• Responsible for enhancing the user experience of DocPlanner’s Practice Management Software product and AI efficiency tools for healthcare professionals worldwide.

• Embrace a problem-centric design approach, ensuring decisions are backed by research, data, and user needs.

• Assist teams in identifying root causes, reframing challenges, and crafting clear problem statements before proposing solutions.

• Guide and mentor designers to think critically, innovate boldly, and validate ideas swiftly.

• Lead the design process towards measurable enhancements in user experience, adoption, and satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and analytics teams to develop user-centered and technically feasible solutions.

• Promote prototyping, testing, and continuous learning, prioritizing iterative progress over perfection.

• Identify key areas where design can have a significant impact on user success and business objectives.

• Clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions, linking them to user value and product strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in Product Design, including 3 years in a leadership role.

• Background in tech-focused, product-driven SaaS companies.

• Proven track record of delivering design solutions that enhance user and business outcomes.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design execution, problem-solving skills, and design leadership.

• Ability to think systemically, balancing the overall picture with user-centric details.

• Skilled in modern design and prototyping tools, as well as adept at using low-fidelity methods for ideation.

• Deep empathy for users, comfort with ambiguity, and a drive for continuous learning through feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
