• Minimum 8–10 years of design experience, including at least 3 years in managing and mentoring design teams
• Extensive expertise in product and visual design disciplines
• Track record of successfully leading design projects across multiple platforms
• Strong systems thinking skills with a focus on operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Proficiency in connecting design decisions with user needs, product objectives, and business metrics
• Experience in nurturing a design culture, feedback practices, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and collaboration
• Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and user research/testing platforms
• Advocate for user-centric design, accessibility, and data-informed decision-making
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle feedback effectively
