Product Design Lead

📋 Description

• Define the design strategy for our SaaS transformation

• Establish and maintain the design vision, systems, and standards for our SaaS suite

• Ensure UX consistency across various products

• Take charge of hands-on design tasks: creating wireframes, prototypes, flows, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate customer requirements into practical workflows

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Expand the design/UX function and influence product strategy as a design advocate

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating SaaS product design and design systems

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability studies

• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design
