• Responsible for overseeing the user experience and interface design of both internal and client-facing products
• Take charge of UX/UI design throughout the entire product lifecycle for both internal and external platforms
• Create and manage scalable design systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to align product vision with design implementation
• Develop prototypes and iterate quickly based on feedback and changing product requirements
• Influence design strategies for a growing range of tools and platforms, reporting to the VP of AI
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product design
• Proficiency in designing both internal tools and client-facing products
• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Portfolio showcasing extensive UX/UI work on web or platform-based products
• Previous experience in managing design systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in fast-paced or startup-like settings
