Product Design Lead

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the entire user experience for all Mercuryo products, including on-ramp, off-ramp, cards, swaps, recurring buys, and dashboards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the product design team.

• Enhance and upkeep the design system to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and customer success to incorporate design into all phases of product development.

• Establish and maintain workflows that facilitate collaboration between designers and other team members.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite design processes and enhance decision-making.

• Provide valuable user insights to drive design strategies and initiatives.

• Maintain high UX standards in each release, from new features to UX enhancements.

• Advocate for the user's perspective in internal discussions and emphasize empathy in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

• Demonstrated success in leading design teams within dynamic product environments.

• Background in fintech or cryptocurrency is highly desirable.

• Profound knowledge of systems thinking and component-based design.

• Strong grasp of usability, accessibility, and conversion-focused design principles.

• Interest in leveraging AI to enhance design processes such as workflows, research, and iteration.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
