• We are seeking a Product Design Lead who excels in both craftsmanship and leadership.
• Your role will be pivotal in shaping the product experience at Posh—leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and influencing the development of cutting-edge AI tools for financial institutions.
• You will oversee a small team while also making significant contributions as an individual designer.
• Design is a core focus at Posh, not merely a supporting function. You will report to our Product Director and collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering leaders to design impactful and scalable solutions.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a background in managing or mentoring designers and researchers.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful work on complex web/mobile applications that drive business and user outcomes.
• Proficiency in UX/UI, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience in conversational AI or data-intensive products is a bonus.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for leveraging generative AI to enhance workflow, from ideation to prototype creation.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, being adaptable, independent, and energized by ambiguity and rapid change.
• Strong systems thinking skills to design solutions that align with user needs, business goals, and technical limitations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas convincingly.
