• Preferably, experience in startups or early-stage companies, especially in achieving product-market fit and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar software.
• Sound knowledge of user-centred design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting mobile prototyping and user testing.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative setting and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design.
