• Mentor and guide designers in system thinking, platform design, and the innovative use of AI tools to enhance their skills, confidence, and impact

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a hands-on design leader with over 8 years of experience in designing and launching complex products, platforms, or workflow systems

• Demonstrated ability to establish or enhance design systems that can scale across various teams and products

• In-depth knowledge of design thinking and research, with the capability to translate insights into refined, scalable solutions

• A strong interest in cultivating design practices and fostering a collaborative design culture that spans critique, craftsmanship, and cross-functional teamwork

• Enthusiasm for exploring the role of AI in design and leveraging new tools to revolutionize work methodologies

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at leading through expertise, clarity, and collaboration rather than hierarchy
