• Take charge of designing key features and contribute hands-on to user flows, wireframes, and prototypes as needed.
• Drive the vision and strategy for our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency while collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver a cohesive user experience.
• Establish and optimize design processes that support a fast-paced environment and enable the team to excel.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard design talent that embodies our collaborative and ambitious culture.
• Minimum 7 years of product design experience, including 1-2 years in a formal management or senior leadership role with mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong personal interest in crypto is essential.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing recent design work and leadership skills, emphasizing visual excellence and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
