• Recruit and onboard talented and diverse design professionals to further enhance the team's capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of leading design teams that deliver user-centric, high-quality products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Portfolio showcasing team achievements, highlighting your impact on team growth and project outcomes.
• Experience influencing product strategy and linking design choices to business goals.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to translate design concepts into actionable plans across departments.
• Preference for hands-on leadership, actively engaging in project details when necessary.
