⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in people management within a Design team, experience in matrix organizations preferred.

• Possesses foundational design-related education in fields such as Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication.

• Demonstrates acute self-awareness, deep empathy for customers and team goals, and an evolutionary perspective on technology and design practices.

• Has experience in financial services sector, payment UX, service design foundations, and optimizing design processes for efficacy.

• Shows a willingness to work across digital and physical design manifestations and mentors executives, product managers, and engineers for user-centered solutions.

• Exhibits excellent communication, data visualization skills, and the ability to articulate design decisions concisely.

• Must possess a curiosity for product strategy and vision, understanding the "why" behind design decisions.

• Familiarity with Agile design sprint methodologies, tools, processes, and platforms like Jira, Figma, Google Suite, and Miro.
