Product Designer – Conversion Optimization

📋 Description

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new signup funnels, experiments, and iterations on PeopleFinders.com.

• Continuously enhance the signup experience, offers, pricing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion touchpoints, ensuring they are intuitive, data-driven, and optimized for engagement.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and test A/B experiments that boost sign-up rates, trial-to-paid conversion, and subscription upgrades.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify UX friction and guide design decisions for optimization.

• Maintain a consistent UI while testing layout, copy, and interaction changes.

• Track and report on the impact of design experiments.

• Stay updated on design trends, user experience best practices, and industry trends to keep the platform competitive.

• Ensure consistency in the platform's design language, including branding, typography, color schemes, and aesthetics.

• Contribute to the platform's growth strategy by aligning design decisions with scaling efforts and market opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product design experience, preferably in CRO or funnel optimization, with a portfolio demonstrating a data-driven approach to design and optimization for conversion rates.

• Demonstrated experience in designing for ecommerce subscription platforms.

• Portfolio showcasing work on high-converting UX flows, particularly signup, checkout, or pricing experiences.

• Ability to thrive in data-driven, fast-paced environments that emphasize iteration and testing.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, including usability testing, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with developers to implement designs and iterate based on technical constraints, user feedback, and data insights.

• Empathy for end users and a deep understanding of designing for trust, clarity, and simplicity, especially in sensitive data areas.

• Experience with responsive design and designing for desktop and mobile interfaces.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions based on user feedback and performance data.

• Attention to detail and aesthetics, with a solid understanding of visual design principles.

• Experience in an agile environment is a plus.
