• Leading user experience design work across three dedicated teams as a Product Designer on Bonterra’s Case Management team.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end design work for product features, starting from initial research and concepts to polished execution.
• Transforming product goals and user needs into design solutions through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Simplifying complex design problems into elegant and actionable experiences.
• Advocating for user needs and influencing product road mapping through design-led discovery.
• Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to ensure alignment of vision, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Validating work through research, usability testing, and performance data to iterate confidently.
• 1-3 years of experience in designing interactive digital products, preferably in SaaS or nonprofit tooling.
• Proficiency in Figma for various design stages, from exploration to polished mockups, and familiarity with design systems.
• Enthusiasm for designing and developing AI-powered solutions to enhance product experiences and introduce new capabilities to users.
• Strong empathy for users with diverse technical literacy levels and comfort levels.
• Background in working with nonprofits, government agencies in human services, medical fields, or heavily-regulated SaaS environments.
