📋 Description

• Ensure clear communication and alignment among product, design, and engineering teams.

• Engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal groups.

• Balance customer requirements, business objectives, and technical possibilities.

• Manage tasks independently while adapting to changing priorities.

• Utilize AI-driven workflows to enhance idea generation, prototyping, and delivery.

• Establish product vision, roadmap, and KPIs that align with business and user needs.

• Lead discovery processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and synthesize findings.

• Take ownership of the backlog by crafting clear user stories, prioritizing features, and handling trade-offs.

• Coordinate sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.

• Communicate progress and value to clients and leadership.

• Shape product narratives and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing.

• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Engage in design research and usability testing activities.

• Develop and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and visual standards.

• Work closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs.

• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, PDF case studies, and social content when necessary.

• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints.

• Contribute to internal projects including business development materials, marketing content, process enhancements, and product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4–8 years of experience in digital product roles like product management or product design.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering user-centric digital products, preferably in startup or consulting environments.

• Strong foundation in UX/UI design, design systems, and visual communication.

• Proficiency in product tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, Miro) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate through ambiguity.

• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations, stakeholder alignment, and documentation.

• Experience with generative AI tools for design, research, and ideation.

• Capable of creating clear executive summaries, feature briefs, and product documentation.

• Highly adaptable with the ability to switch contexts and roles comfortably.

• Nice to have: experience in motion design, lightweight prototyping, or video editing.

• Nice to have: background in B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, or AI products.

• Nice to have: experience working directly with clients or executives in consulting-style projects.

• Nice to have: ability to contribute to UX writing, product storytelling, or growth experiments.
