• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to strategize, prioritize, and implement solutions for the AML case management system
• Manage a backlog of features and improvements, effectively communicating issues, business justifications, and success metrics
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to embed AML compliance into product design and development
• Proactively identify ways to enhance the investigation program using advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Facilitate the resolution of cross-functional dependencies, working with Vendor and internal teams to coordinate a cohesive roadmap
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on AML systems
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in fintech or crypto industries is a plus
