• Formulate and articulate the overarching creative vision and strategy for projects, campaigns, or the brand.
• Lead, guide, and motivate creative teams comprising designers, creators, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to fuse creativity with business goals.
• Oversee the complete creative process to ensure a unified appearance, ambiance, and messaging across all channels (digital, print, video, etc).
• Evaluate, endorse, and offer feedback on design, copy, and multimedia outputs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and innovative techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
• Present creative concepts and final outputs to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Cultivate a constructive, cooperative, and inventive team atmosphere.
• Demonstrated track record (typically 10+ years) in a senior creative capacity like Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar role.
• Previous experience in building and overseeing creative teams.
• Solid grasp of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and a diverse array of projects.
• Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and emerging digital platforms.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
