• As the Regional Design Director, you will lead and oversee creative excellence in a specific geographic area within the company
• Your responsibilities include ensuring design quality and excellence across the region
• You will foster a community of designers in your region
• Playing a crucial role in defining and executing a strategic regional growth plan
• Success will be measured by the achievement of regional metrics and the overall success of all regions
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture is a must
• A minimum of 20 years of related experience in design leadership roles is required
• At least 3 years of experience leading others in a design studio or practice segment is necessary
• Preferably current US Architectural Registration and additional relevant accreditation/training, including LEED
• Strong design portfolio showcasing significant built and unbuilt work
• Excellent oral presentation and storytelling skills are essential
• Ability to understand and execute business strategy is crucial
• Demonstrated professional acumen and maturity in communication
• Travel will be required for this role
