SAP Fiori UX Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the SAP Fiori UX strategy for the organization

• Utilize modern SAP design technologies and the latest Fiori/Horizon patterns

• Influence user experiences within S/4HANA and SAP BTP extension applications

• Lead the definition and execution of the SAP Fiori UX strategy for S/4HANA and SAP BTP

• Establish governance standards for Fiori apps, SAPUI5 custom development, Fiori Elements, and Work Zone experiences

• Ensure compliance with the SAP Fiori Design Guidelines for all designs, including floorplans, interaction patterns, and visual principles

• Manage and optimize launchpad structures, navigation flows, and app-to-app navigation

• Conduct user research activities such as process analysis, stakeholder interviews, task modeling, personas, and journey mapping

• Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI specifications following Fiori standards

• Maintain and manage SAP Fiori UX design assets in Figma

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP UX field

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Technology (STEM) or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in SAP Fiori Design Guidelines, floorplans, layouts, interaction patterns, and visual language

• Strong portfolio showcasing SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements, or SAPUI5 design projects

• Hands-on experience with SAPUI5/OpenUI5, Fiori Elements, Business Application Studio (BAS), and Fiori Launchpad configuration

• Solid understanding of UX research, usability, wireframing, Mobile design, and interaction design methodologies
