• Take the lead in overseeing the creative development and execution of digital, social, and paid media campaigns for a major global technology client
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to conceptualize and implement engaging campaigns for various North American audiences, while maintaining the brand's tone of voice and visual style
• Serve as the main creative liaison for the client, presenting ideas and ensuring alignment with their brand vision and goals
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of two designers and two finalizers to ensure quality, consistency, and creativity in all project deliverables
• Drive creative strategy in partnership with account, strategy, and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Ensure timely project completion while balancing creativity with efficiency
• Uphold brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to enhance engagement and performance
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and best practices to enhance creative work
• Minimum of 5 years of art direction experience in a digital marketing or creative agency setting
• Strong background in developing digital, social, and paid media campaigns
• Experience in leading and managing creative teams, providing clear direction and feedback
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to confidently present ideas
• Strong project management skills to ensure efficient meeting of deadlines and deliverables
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools like figma
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong creative vision and execution across digital platforms
• Familiarity with adtech platforms such as Google DemandGen, DV360, and PMAX is advantageous
