• Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term vision and strategy for the product design function, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps
• Set and uphold high standards for design quality, usability, and consistency across products and platforms
• Advocate for user research and testing throughout the product development process to drive informed design decisions
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, User Research, Marketing, and Data Science

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product design, with a substantial portion in a leadership or management capacity overseeing teams of product designers
• Track record of defining and implementing successful design strategies for products
• Profound knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices (UX, UI, Interaction Design, User Research)
• Experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing design teams
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver impactful design solutions through a team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies to diverse audiences
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership throughout the product development lifecycle
