• Lead and mentor game designers ranging from associate to principal level.
• Develop and oversee intricate gameplay systems and content during the early prototyping phase.
• Drive rapid prototyping and iteration based on playtest feedback, effectively translating player input into decisive design choices.
• Collaborate with artists, animators, writers, sound designers, producers, and engineers to bring the gameplay to fruition.
• Promote a culture centered around playtesting, ensuring that gameplay decisions are grounded in real player experiences.
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in game development, with a track record of shipping and/or maintaining at least two significant titles (preferably AAA and/or live service experience).
• Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in leading and nurturing game designers, showcasing a strong sense of ownership over team performance and craft standards.
• Exhibit deep expertise in moment-to-moment gameplay design, particularly in areas like combat, encounters, and systems-driven experiences.
• Showcase hands-on experience in prototyping and implementing gameplay in-engine.
• Have experience in early-stage development and rapid prototyping.
• Possess desirable skills such as scripting, modding, or other technical abilities.
