📋 Description

• Lead the overall design strategy for Paxos’ enterprise products, guiding the process from ideation to implementation

• Translate intricate requirements into polished, scalable, and actionable solutions for partners and developers

• Conduct thorough user research to extract valuable insights and craft user-centric, data-driven designs

• Establish and maintain a solid design system to ensure uniformity and efficiency across all B2B interactions

• Mentor and empower fellow designers, elevating the quality and impact of the team's work

• Collaborate closely with various teams to harmonize business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements

• Clearly articulate your design vision to stakeholders, fostering agreement and enthusiasm

• Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and cutting-edge design principles

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8+ years of experience in product/UX design, including 2+ years of leadership in B2B, fintech, or complex SaaS settings

• Showcase a portfolio of elegant solutions to complex challenges, particularly in enterprise or developer-focused contexts

• Demonstrate expertise in developing and overseeing design systems on a large scale

• Display a proven track record in user research, design thinking, and evidence-driven iteration

• Exhibit strong skills in systems thinking, visual design, and prototyping (proficiency in Figma is a bonus)

• Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams

• Show a keen interest in blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize the financial sector
