• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in financial services
• Understanding of financial markets and institutional buy-side workflows
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining design choices clearly
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Excellent user research abilities translating findings into tangible design solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, familiarity with AI tools is a plus
