• Possess over five years of experience in Design Leadership positions
• Demonstrate the ability to autonomously plan and drive initiatives as both a hands-on designer and a manager
• Exhibit expertise in one or more Design disciplines to lead effectively
• Proven track record of working with scaled systems and diverse design methods
• Comfortable with learning and ambiguity in rapidly evolving fields like AI
• Understanding of the technical aspects of software products
• History of positive collaboration with departments such as Engineering, Product Management, and Research
• Show examples of influencing internal partners, including senior leadership
