• Over five years of experience in Design Leadership roles
• Ability to autonomously plan and drive design direction as both a hands-on designer and a manager
• Proficiency in one or more Design disciplines to lead with expertise
• Track record of effectively working with scaled systems and various design methods
• Comfort with learning and adapting in rapidly evolving fields like AI
• Understanding of the technical aspects of software products
• History of positive collaboration with departments such as Engineering, Product Management, and Research
• Demonstrated ability to influence internal partners, including senior leadership
