• As a key member of Sevan's Architecture & Design Team, the Senior Design Manager Architect collaborates with a team to deliver top-notch architectural services to client projects.
• Being a licensed architect, this role involves creating precise design and construction documents for multi-site clients while assisting team members in achieving collective goals.
• Preferred expertise in multi-site restaurant, retail, grocery, and fuel projects.
• Executes assignments under supervision and approval of others for various projects.
• Develops accurate and compliant construction documents.
• Offers innovative design solutions aligned with program objectives.
• Applies client requirements and design standards to existing structures.
• Determines suitable building components and design implementation.
• Manages project schedules, deadlines, and commitments effectively.
• Collaborates with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Demonstrates proficiency in building codes and ADA requirements.
• Collaborates with peers to enhance professional skills.
• Ensures timely completion of assigned projects.
• Self-motivated to work independently on various projects.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Licensed Architect with a 4-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent; with 8 or more years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD is essential.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and advanced techniques.
• Expertise in drawings, specifications, and building materials.
• Able to handle moderately difficult architectural tasks with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in managing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in multi-site projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet. Knowledge of 3ds Max is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required for this role.
