Senior Design Manager – Corporate Real Estate

📋 Description

• Create detailed Design Development (DD) packages for each project

• Ensure design solutions meet Raymond James standards, project goals, and client needs

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement AI tools effectively

• Interpret client requirements to develop functional design solutions through iterative test fits

• Manage client expectations, facilitate reviews, collect feedback, and secure necessary approvals

• Coordinate with Project Management to synchronize design milestones with project schedules and budgets

• Review and refine test fits, drawings, and design deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Design, Construction, and Project Management

• Previous experience in a financial services firm or corporate setting is highly preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or SketchUp), Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
