• Take charge of leading design and preconstruction activities, such as estimating, scheduling, and procurement planning for construction projects
• Create and oversee preconstruction budgets, cost estimates, and value engineering evaluations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and airport authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and constructability reviews to identify and address potential challenges
• Develop detailed project schedules, including preconstruction timelines and key milestones
• Assist in selecting and managing subcontractors and vendors to align with project goals and cost considerations
• Uphold environmental, safety, and zoning regulations during the preconstruction phase
• Provide strategic insights on design optimization, material selection, and sustainable construction practices
• Coordinate with government agencies, airport stakeholders, and project teams to meet expectations and requirements
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring a smooth handoff to project execution teams
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6) and cost estimating tools
• Demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project requirements
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Architectural Licensure preferred
• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Possess professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED accreditation
