Senior Design Manager - Multi-disciplinary Projects

📋 Description

• Collaborating with internal and external architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and managers to align strategic goals and track progress

• Leading strategic initiatives, developing successful delivery strategies, and financial projections to meet business targets, while implementing the most beneficial delivery approach

• Overseeing financial and project management controls to facilitate monitoring, adjustments, and forecasting as necessary

• Supervising the procurement, allocation, and optimization of resources for projects

• Ensuring prompt service delivery, encompassing technical and commercial results, and conducting reviews to ensure client satisfaction is exceeded

• Implementing best practices in design delivery, including risk and change management, project setup, and planning using digital technologies

• Quickly grasping project scopes and developing execution plans for various Design and Engineering services

• Proficiently delivering client presentations, preparing reports, and conveying technical concepts, especially related to scoping requirements and risk

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading extensive multi-disciplinary design-engineered solutions and construction projects

• Demonstrated financial expertise in project management and client relations

• Familiarity with Autodesk Platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions in project work

• Attain Certified Project Management (CPM) certification within 30 days of employment, with company-sponsored training

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, specializing in the built environment

• Preference for certifications like PE, RA, PMP

• Hands-on experience with sustainability practices, with knowledge of unique mechanical systems as a bonus

• Background in urban settings implementing innovative solutions
