• Takes the lead in overseeing the delivery of services for various intricate projects
• Cultivates a collaborative atmosphere by actively participating in leadership alongside architect and contractor teams

• Provides guidance to project personnel on assigned projects

• Implements approved plans while upholding appropriate controls
• Manages and reports on project progress in relation to established cost, schedule, and quality standards
• Leads project meetings as the primary day-to-day representative of the MOCA project team
• Supports leadership in business development initiatives
• Assists in developing proposals and responses for assigned projects
• Contributes to writing key sections of proposals
• Possess an NCARB accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a practicing architect, including team management in planning and design
• Registered Architect in the State of California with an active license preferred
• Desired industry accreditations or certifications such as LEED AP, DBIA, PMP, or CCM
• Experience in Design Management is a must
• Significant experience in design phases of work required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Capable of implementing and executing vision and goals
• Skilled in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop a pipeline using various market and customer resources
• Effective at setting priorities and working both independently and in a team
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Able to manage staff of various disciplines to deliver results on time and within budget
• Proficient in Microsoft products and design software such as Rhino, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
• Possess strong proposal development, support, and writing skills
