• Lead diverse design teams and specialized consultants on impactful projects
• Supervise the integration of intricate architecture with the dynamic energy of live audiences

• Ability to deliver exceptional client service and ensure project profitability
• Strong leadership skills and a willingness to mentor junior team members
• Proficiency in architecture and expertise in mixed-use developments
• Thorough knowledge of state and local building codes, including accessibility regulations
• Experience in sustainable design, preferably with LEED project involvement and accreditation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex design concepts effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and/or Revit software
