Senior Director of Product Design

📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the overall design direction, standards, and operational framework for the Product Design team

• Ensure the team possesses the required expertise, organization, and staffing to deliver top-tier user experiences

• Lead efforts to align different product areas and take ownership of this alignment

• Establish yourself as a respected authority in the field of ML/AI design

• Serve as the face of Product Design to the executive team and champion the importance of design thinking

• Showcase how design initiatives impact critical business metrics

• Foster a distinctive identity and culture within the design team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in Product Design, including at least 3 years at a senior management level (Director or higher)

• Demonstrated success in leading design projects for intricate enterprise B2B software solutions

• Proficiency in AI/ML workflows and associated challenges

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for discussing design strategies with C-level and VP-level stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
