Senior Director of Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead the direction of the DataRobot platform and expand the design team

• Communicate the overall design vision, standards, and operational framework

• Oversee organizational structure, talent recruitment, and professional growth

• Foster alignment across key product areas for a seamless user experience

• Present Product Design to senior management and promote design thinking

• Showcase the influence of design projects on important business metrics

• Cultivate the identity and ethos of the design team

• Guide and develop design leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Design

• At least 3 years in senior management roles (Director level or higher)

• Proven experience in leading design for complex enterprise B2B software

• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for design strategy with C-level and VP-level partners

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
