• Collaborate with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to grasp the potential of emerging technologies to meet user requirements.

• Collaborate with senior leaders, product managers, engineering scientists, and partners company-wide to introduce new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and/or education in design or a related field.

• Background in video, animation, and audio tools and their respective communities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design with a focus on graphic design, HCI, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and other design tools like Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.

• Ability to create functional prototypes for user testing or collaborate closely with prototypers.

• Experience in iterative collaboration with engineering teams to bring ideas to fruition.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong storytelling abilities.

• Eagerness and capability to contribute to the innovative culture of the Adobe Design team.

• Strong design expertise blended with a keen business acumen.

• Genuine enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.

• Previous involvement in crafting products for video, animation, and audio domains, GenAI, platform experiences, and/or systems.

• Deep understanding and enthusiasm for accessible and inclusive design.
