📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the development of innovative programs that are practical, scalable, and relevant to the industry.

• Ensure that curricula and assessments reflect our learning design principles and meet the desired competencies.

• Collaborate with industry experts and institutions to create cutting-edge program content.

• Provide leadership and guidance to Learning Experience Designers, offering feedback and professional development in instructional design, media integration, and data-driven storytelling.

• Manage design processes, sprints, and reviews to ensure successful program delivery.

• Allocate staff resources, develop project plans, and maintain delivery schedules.

• Establish robust content review processes focusing on quality, accessibility, and educational rigor.

• Contribute to internal learning initiatives and workshops to enhance the organization's learning design function.

• Incorporate feedback from learners, facilitators, and partners to improve program designs.

• Experiment with new technologies, tools, and media formats, including AI, to enhance learner engagement.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.

• Document best practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality program design.

• Utilize learner performance data and feedback to enhance course design and delivery.

• Collaborate with the data team to develop reporting frameworks for tracking learning effectiveness.

• Advocate for evidence-based decision-making in program and content enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development.

• Ability to lead design teams and provide coaching and mentorship.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale program development projects.

• Familiarity with AI-powered learning or assessment tools is a plus.

• Exposure to creative industries, digital media, or emerging technologies is beneficial.

• Knowledge of instructional design methods, curriculum frameworks, and learner-centered design.

• Strong project management skills, including sprint planning and pipeline tracking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with various stakeholders.

• Passion for innovation in learning and the ability to navigate complexity.

• Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems.

• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills for creating engaging learning content.
