• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development.
• Ability to lead design teams and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale program development projects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning or assessment tools is a plus.
• Exposure to creative industries, digital media, or emerging technologies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of instructional design methods, curriculum frameworks, and learner-centered design.
