• Design comprehensive curriculum, from onboarding to advanced training, based on adult learning theory and business priorities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and create effective learning journeys
• Create blended learning experiences using various methods such as eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and simulations
• Utilize visual storytelling and modern instructional techniques to produce engaging content
• Personalize learning experiences using AI technology and optimize content creation processes
• Implement AI and learning agents to enhance workflow efficiency and increase learner engagement
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve the learning approach
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with team objectives
• Translate business requirements into actionable learning plans with measurable outcomes
• Define success metrics and gather feedback to enhance learning experiences
• Continuously enhance programs based on engagement, performance, and business results
• Minimum of 8 years experience in learning experience, instructional design, or enablement roles, preferably supporting technical or pre-sales teams
• Proven track record in New Product Release and Product enablement
• Over 5 years of experience managing a team of LXD professionals
• Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
• Proficient in AI and learning tools such as ChatGPT, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, etc.
• Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats like microlearning and simulations
• Strong project management, visual design, and communication skills
• Collaborative and innovative mindset, willing to experiment and scale learning initiatives
