• Lead and motivate a team of product designers focused on critical systems

• Minimum of 7 years experience in product design, including at least 3 years leading design teams

• Demonstrated ability to align design strategy with business outcomes

• Proficient in guiding projects through the entire product lifecycle

• Comfortable collaborating within complex organizational structures

• Experience in or enthusiasm for leading co-shopping, communications, notifications, or SEO initiatives

• Skilled in systemic thinking and coordinating across various interfaces

• Effective and empathetic communicator with executives, peers, and team members

• Detail-oriented with a knack for infusing moments of delight in product design
