• Proven track record of delivering complex product systems or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to articulate what makes design compelling.
• Maintain a calm demeanor, prioritize action over theatrics, and exhibit humility.
• Skilled in transforming ambiguity into clarity and driving momentum.
