• Minimum 8 years of product design experience, specializing in designing for various platforms, particularly web applications.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and developing product designers in a dual role as a coach and player, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in core UX design disciplines such as defining primitives, information architecture, interaction design, and UI design, with the ability to enhance their quality.
• Strong design skills and product intuition to simplify complex user needs into effective solutions.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity, bringing clarity where needed.
• Focus on delivering value to customers efficiently and effectively.
• Experience in designing B2B SaaS products for diverse user contexts and technical proficiency levels.
