• Demonstrate seniority in recent roles (staff designer, principal designer).
• Experience in systems design and crafting long-term visions and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills and a humble demeanor.
• Show a track record of delivering business impact and possess strong technical acumen, particularly in an Enterprise B2B setting.
