Senior Manager, Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead the design direction for innovative AI-focused features.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.

• Create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes for the Engineering team.

• Influence the design and functionality of the Netomi platform.

• Iterate to enhance user experience continually.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of UX design experience, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS and enterprise platforms.

• 5+ years working on AI-related products.

• Proficient in interaction design, user testing, and research methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.

• Effective collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

• Proficiency in sketching from low to high-fidelity mockups.

• Knowledge of latest design trends and tools like Figma and Sketch.

• Experience with UX project planning tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other front-end languages.

• Diverse digital portfolio showcasing design expertise.

• Degree in Visual communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
