• Lead the development strategy and design systems teams, with a focus on Custom Code, Webflow Cloud, and extensibility
• Shape Webflow’s developer products and enhance the Spring Design System to support company growth
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly experiences
• Promote a culture of innovation and clarity by encouraging prototyping, validation, and problem-solving
• Mentor teams, uphold high standards for craftsmanship, guide designers, and explore AI integration in workflows and design systems
• Present the impact of design to senior leadership and report to the VP of Product Design
• Lead the adoption of design systems through established workflows, practices, and governance
• Enable developers and designers to create products, balancing strategic planning and hands-on work
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading teams
• Hands-on experience with AI, including feature deployment and experimentation in side projects
• Track record of shaping developer tools and design systems
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering to develop solutions
• Demonstrated portfolio of successfully launched software products with significant business impact
• Mastery of organizational influence and collaborative execution in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Experience in product development within a remote or distributed team setup
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Ability to align design work with business strategy and growth objectives
• Valid work authorization based on country of employment
