• 8+ years of UX/product design experience with 2+ years leading in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive user-centered design strategy and shape cohesive experiences.
• Expertise in establishing and scaling design processes and quality standards.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for design excellence.
• Comfortable leading teams through uncertainty and managing UX teams to strategy-aligned outcomes.
