• Take on the role of the art director and visual leader for Dandy's graphic design team, establishing and upholding the visual standard across all platforms and interactions.

• Supervise the creative process across various marketing channels and significant projects to ensure top-notch results.
• Manage the allocation of resources and plan team capacity, balancing internal workloads and utilizing external resources strategically when necessary.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to translate business goals into impactful creative solutions.
• Conduct structured design reviews and offer clear, constructive feedback to enhance both the work and the team.
• Stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies, such as AI-powered workflows, to identify opportunities for enhancing speed, quality, scalability, and innovation within the team.
• Drive the ongoing improvement of Dandy's visual identity through innovation, trend awareness, and a strong dedication to design excellence.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in visual design, with significant time spent in Art Director or Senior Manager level design positions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multiple designers (more than two direct reports), consistently raising the creative standard within a team.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, strong art direction, and the development of scalable brand systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with expertise in digital, print, performance, events, and campaign design.
• Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple brands, with a solid grasp of scaling creative output across various touchpoints.
• Proven track record in managing design resources and capacity planning, including overseeing agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and maintaining governance to ensure consistent asset utilization with both the design team and cross-functional teams.
• Effective collaborator across functions, with experience in partnering with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional creative judgment, with the ability to interpret briefs, navigate ambiguity, and deliver design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline, capable of balancing leadership oversight with hands-on contributions as needed.
