• Possess over 8 years of relevant web design expertise, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated capability to guide and support designers in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI/UX principles, encompassing design systems, user research, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and more.
• In-depth knowledge of designing within practical technical limitations, CMS workflows (experience with Contentful is advantageous), SEO factors, and analytics frameworks.
• Ability to think strategically about the complete user journey and the significance of web experiences within the broader marketing and brand landscape.
• Proven track record of delivering top-notch, scalable design solutions that harmonize brand identity, user experience, and business objectives.
• Strong conceptual thinking coupled with exceptional design skills.
• Outstanding project management abilities and the capacity to align creative vision with business requirements.
