• Take the lead in developing product design strategies and ensuring successful outcomes for Webflow's core visual development products. This senior leadership position involves shaping and driving product success.
• Supervise product areas such as Design, CMS, Analyze, Optimize, Interactions, and new product areas.
• Provide guidance and leadership to product designers and design managers, inspiring high-quality work from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering, Product, and Director of Insights to establish vision, strategy, and operations for your initiatives.
• Work with other key leaders to shape internal and external culture through departmental programs.
• Prioritize human-centered design practices to champion customers and innovate product experiences to meet their needs.
• Show genuine enthusiasm for software products that foster creativity, ingenuity, and empowerment for professionals of all levels.
• Possess previous experience with web technologies and creator tools.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to working on complex products in a high-growth, scaling company.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure products consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Have experience managing and developing senior product designers in a remote setting.
